Very useful command with du on AIX is:
du -sm * -

What is Linux’s du -hsc AIX Unix equivalent?
If you happen to have to do some directory size check up on AIX you will notice the standard du -hsc . or du -hsc directory/ doesn’t work, so how to check the directory size?
One way is to use df command to so, like so:bash-2.05a$ df -g GTIRDB/.
Filesystem GB blocks Free %Used Iused…-
Very useful command with du on AIX is:

Too bad this aprentice monk went to the old calendar monastery. Officially they’re not in communion with Bulgarian Orthodox Church, so kinda of schismatic church.
