Typikon (or typicon, pl. typica; Greek: Τυπικόν , “that of the prescribed form”; Slavonic: Тvпико́нъ Typikonə or уставъ, ustavə[1]) is a liturgical book which contains instructions about the order of the Byzantine Rite office and variable hymns of the Divine Liturgy.
