I don’t know whether you heard about the recent Spy scandal raised yesterday from Russian Kaspersky’s Security Laboratory’s founding that almost all Hard Disk vendors -i.e. WD, Seagate, Toshiba, IBM, Micron and Samsung has embedded spy firmware which allows America’s NSA (National Security Agency) to have access to any piece of data stored on any of this hard drive vendors. Officially the NSA is rejecting the information but I think it should be true. There is plenty of technological advancements that confort our life daily which were produced and created with main goal to spy on us. They still haven’t say a word on that but my assumption is that even the Internet as a project was launched publicly as another part of NSA’s spy programme. The recent Edward Snowden discloures about Global Mobile and the PRISM spy programme is probably connected to the Hard Disk Data Spy firmware too.
