The Buddhist along with other false religions who rejected the Lord Jesus Christ are awaiting the antichrist in the form of their prophecy of Maitreya. Notice the similarity between Maitreya and the description by the holy fathers of the enthroned antichrist (false messiah). Notice the crosses down his legs, probably not a coincidence because the antichrist wants to rule over christ and the christian flock. Well he will not succeed because the Lord Jesus Christ give his life ramson for our sins.
