We successfully flight from Burgas airport to Minsk with a direct flight via Belavia on a Boeng 737 (which is nowdays one of the safest airplanes), I’ve been mislead while in the plane because I heard about some problem with ruddler some long time. Well the pilot was probably an ex-army man as he drove the plane quite agressively take off and landing has been a bit more agressive than with European Union pilots I flight but I guess the size of the plane also matters. Besides having a safe flight by God’s grace, we also had the blessing to have a transportation near my wife’s apartment in Minsk.
We travelled to Burgas from Dobrich about 10:30 and have to change a transport bus-shuttle from Varna to Pomorie, because I wanted take a blessing from saint George’s Monastery and the Abbot Bishop Father Ierotey. We were in Pomorie about 14:30 and had a quick meal in the monastic summer kitchen as the bishop blessed us to have a quick meal. We have venerate saint George’s holy relics in the monastery as well as the Miracle making icon of my heavenly protector and the other saint relics there and we drinked from the Holy spring water which is very beneficial for eyes and stomach. Interestingly we found out a large group of Belarusian kids organized by Belarussian Orthodox Church and they had organized a special bus for the group leading to airport, so we travelled by their bus 🙂
Father Sergij also came to airport with monastic car to send the group and we took his blessing and continued to luggage check-in, we were in Minsk about 20:00 and here had another nice blessing, the Belarussian group had a bus with some empty seats so they took us from airport for free with a Church Bus, used especially for pilgrimage trips. The bus made me joyful as on the front of the bus Window once it came I saw an icon of the Saviour Jesus Christ. Inside the Bus there was also Icons like in Church of the Lord Jesus Christ right side and Mother Mary left along with Saint Sergij of Radonezh. The bus drove us to saint Optina’s Elders church, where the group was going and happily the wooden beatiful Church was not too far away from my wife’s apartment in Nekrashevicha.
She went to change some dollars which we had for belarusian rubles and we went for some quick shopping in a supermarket ALMI and we took from the most delicious belarussian sweats and had a large portion of a natural belarusian ice-cream (it is truly made of milk 🙂 ) and bought some food. Then we travelled by bus to Svetlana’s apartment and were about 23:00. Minsk is a really peaceful city and people are less stressed than in Bulgaria, however some things remind a lot of old communism, though here it is not a classical communism regime. I’ve noticed on the bus tickets of Minsk Transport company the Jewish 6 pointed star variant, so this means probably here there is still a severe Jewish influence as in all countries worldwide. But anyways it seems that Lukashenko is doing a good job and there is less of a genocide against Belarusian nation than in other coutnries. However the internationalization has took its tole here too just like in everywhere else as most people are dressing and following the Western type of culture and clothes, the feminization is also here too as most woman are dressed in pants and not skirt as even the natural laws teach us.
Today in apartment I’ve noticed an interesting icon of some elder which doesn’t seemed orthodox, it was left from Svetlana’s ex-tenant. Charbel, after checking it turned to be Maronite (which are in union with Roman Catholics) – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charbel_Makhluf
