How to Enable All Macros In Microsoft Excel 2010 – Enable / Disable Macros by default for Macros Office files

Macros are disabled by default in Office 2010(Word 2010, Excel 2010, PowerPoint 2010, etc) for enhanced security. However it might happen that you need to enable macros because some installed Application needs to use the Macros without confirmation (this is especially for applications running inside well firewalled DMZ-ed networks).

Enabling Macros is easy but Microsoft Office team has hidden it deeper inside Options. Here is how to Enable All macros in Excel 2010

Excel-TrustCenter-Settings-Enable-All-Macros-Office-2010

First click the File Menu(Office Backstage) and select Options from the left sidebar. In options, select Trust Center from the left sidebar and click Trust Center Settings button on the main window.

Office-2010-TrustCenter-Macros-Settings-Enable-All-Macros-in-Excel-and-Windows-Office-2010

Now in Trust Center Settings dialog window, select Macro Settings from the left sidebar, choose Enable All Macros option and hit OK.

Its that simple. From now onwards Excel 2010 won’t bother you anymore about Macro security. It is recommended that you use this option only when you are installing trusted add-ins and opening trusted documents. If an unknown dangerous macro code runs, then it could corrupt your Office 2010 installation or give you other sorts of problems.

You can use the above procedure to enable macros in Word 2010, PowerPoint 2010, Outlook 2010, etc

3rd March Bulgarian National Day Feast and a Visit to Bulgarian National History Museum (Sofia) and Boyana Church (Church from 11th century preserved in its original form) few impressions

Bulgarian-National-Museum-of-History-unique-communist-building-and-unique-museum-must-see-in-bulgaria.

I spend the 3rd March feast (Liberation of Bulgaria from 500 years !! Turkish Enslavement) by visiting the Bulgarian National History Museum that is located at the end of Sofia nearby Boyana suburb. Bulgarian National history museum is definitely the most unique museum and the biggest one I’ve visited in my wife. The museum is really huge 3 stages each one big as twice the size of a regular business building stage all filled with prehistoric unique findings connected to all nations that ever inhibited Bulgarian lands. There was a lot of history connected with Thracians, Goths, Geths, Byzantines, Prehistoric Bulgarians, Slavonics, a lot of cult objects to the god-mother and all kind of interesting stuff for anyone interested in antrophology.

The museum had a unique collection containing a miniatures of dresses of the world from all ages of human development, starting from ancient Egypt and rest of famous ancient civilizations, going through renesesance middle ages and ending up modern and most modern time. The clothes miniatures collection was prepared by a very educated lady and she worked on that unique collection for 20 years of her life, a collossal labour worthy of praise and honour !
The museum contains a prehistoric funerals dating by from 5th century B. C. to 1th century.

Panagyurishte_Unique_Thracian_Gold_Treasure_Bulgarian_National_history-museum

Currently the museum is also hosting the Panagurishte Treasure (A unique gold hand-made treasure dating back among the 3rd – 4th century B.C.! Tracian made craftwork and is probably unseen in a world scale). By visiting this museum you can learn almost all about history of Bulgaria as a nation from our creation in year 631 to current times. There are a lot of unique byzantine stones and columns in Old-Slavonic glagolic and cyrillic letters all around so the museum is a must see for anyone interested in slavonic nations research. Almost a whole stage of the museum contains artefacts connected to early Christianity on Bulgarian lands and all kind of Christian service objects. Just to mention few of the unique things there are Orthodox icons from 3rd century, Church service gospels from 13th – 15h century, priests dress, copies and original of ancient Church books etc.

national-history-museum-bulgaria-hall-with-treasures

The last 3rd stage has an interesting miniature of Antarctica. Very interesting fact about Antarctica is the Bulgarian expedition there has created a small chapel dedicated to the greatest Bulgarian saint, st. John of Rila. On the halls leading to 3rd floor there is a lot of unique Bulgarian national dresses (Nosij). Other thing that impressed me is the museums personal is outstanding (really helpful people). The whole third floor is filled with a lot of unique objects belonging to people from most new time after the liberation of Bulgaria. There were a lot of unique things such as Andrej Lapchev personal Belongings, the Thorne of the last Official Bulgarian King Boris the 3rd, the father of Bulgarian avatiaon (Asen Jordanov), dress of Bulgarian gurilla fighters for freedom, weapons used in wars, belongings to very famous Bulgarian authors and painters etc. On the first floor there is a nice and cheap coffee 1lv per coffee. On the first floor there is plenty of historical books every historian would love and a lot of nice suovenirs to take as a remembrance gifts. I’m proud to be Bulgarian for this wonderful museum. The Building was designed in Communism is also a unique the sideview from the Museum is amazing you see the mountain and green nature. So even going around the museum is an outstanding experience. National History museum is also cheap only 10 lv per person and believe me it worths this money! I recommend the museum to every European as one of the best tourist things to see in Bulgaria.

Boyana_Church_11-13th_century_st_st_Nikola_and_Panteleimon_preserved_orthodox-church-in-original-building-from-11-th-century

After the museum me Svetlana and Stanislav went to see the famous Boyana Church st., st. Nikolay (Nicolas) and st. Panteleimon, this Church is unique because it is among the few Churches from 11-th – 13th who preserved in their original form.
Church is about 40 minutes walk from the museum and there is a bus, but we choose to walk. Its worthy the walk as there is a lot of green nearby and Boyana is a very green and considered one of the best suburubs to live in Sofia (usually rich people in Sofia live in Boyana). The Boyana Church is unique and part of UNESCO heritage objects in Bulgaria, the Church is from 11-13th century and is one of the oldest ones preserved in its original building .The Church paintings are around the 15h century is a uniquely beautiful to see !! but its costly it costs 10 lv for 10 minutes, so I can’t say its worth the price.

Whose wordpress related posts plugin is fastest – WordPress Related Posts plugins Performance Tests and switching from Zemanta WordPress Plugin to Contextual Related Posts

wordpress-reduce-sql-queries-with-best-wordpress-related-posts-plugin

Since some time I’ve noticed one of my blog wordpress plugins (Zemanta WordPress Related Posts at pc-freak.net/blog is causing a serious mysql overhead, the plugin simply created too many SQL requests to the mysql server causing each client to the blog to cause an useless overhead. I’ve done a quick search whether this Zemanta propertiery (plugin) was slow and I ended up a nice article
calledRelated Posts Plugins performace – measured

The article compares the most popular used plugins to show Related Posts at the end of a WordPress Posted Page:

Speed Analysis was made withusing P3 Performance Profiler wordpress plugin which is outstanding one to use for anyone who want to debug what and how efficient is a wordpress install.

Tests were performed to following Related Posts plugin which more or less are doing the same (though some have some more options than others)

For the output were picked two very important calculations.

  • The overall average plugin load time, relative to the core load time
  • The average plugin load time after the initial hit (thus after the first page load)

performance-chart-comparison-between-most-related-posts-plugins-yarpp-related-posts-lite-zemante-related-posts-easy-related-posts-bwp-related-posts

All values are in per cents, indicating how much of the page load time is taken by the plugins – the lower the better.

The picture clearly shows that most efficient plugin with approximate best results is Contextual Related Posts. Seing that I’ve immediately disabled Zemnta Related Posts and switched to Contextual Related Posts. Once Contextual Related posts is enabled, to configure it I just had to tune few things (I set 8 related posts to show) and enabled related posts to show in the Feed. That’s it now my machine can perform better without Zemanta stoining mySQL.
I’ve given YARPP a test too and it works quite well but it is a little bit slower than CRP.
Well that’s all folks, before switching from Zemnta don’t just trust this statistics but try it yourself.
Happy testing ! 🙂

Google chrome install crx howto – Installing chrome plugin (exntensions) manually

https://pc-freak.net/images/google-chrome-install-crx-format-plugins-manually-howto
I’ve recently had to install Google Chrome on old already unsupported Ubuntu 10.10 Linux release, after a long search I come across an old deb packages of Chrome that works on Ubuntu 10.10.
So far so good now Ubuntu had Chrome, but there was not the basic (must have) extension support of Adblock Plus (disabling website advertisements) which I usually install on any Fresh (new) installed Linux / Windows desktop customer.

This is done pretty simple you have to Open Chrome Browser extension Interface:

(Go to Right corner 3 Dashes) Tools menu -> Settings -> Extensions

Or if you prefer to do it manually with a command like me type in URL address bar:

chrome://chrome/extensions/

Usually plugin files for Chrome that are installable comes in Custom-Plugin-namer.JS or Whatever-plugin-name.CRX.

Next take the plugin (from any folder it is located or right from Chrome’s download folder or wherever the plugin you want to install that is not otherwise available via Chrome Web Store and
(drag and drop) – place it into Extensions opened window.

You’ll be prompted to confirm installation of the extension, just as if you had installed it from the Chrome Web Store.

Adblock-Plus-for-Google-Chrome-install-plugin-yes-or-no-prompt-screenshot-linux-windows-macos

This will make the plugin install or ask you few questions to approve the installation. The custom Adblock (old version) which I used to install successfully is located here. I’ve tried installing also some other Adblock+ versions from ABS developers site but the versions provided there was too new and failed to install.

If you don’t want to be in future bothered with annoying “Do you want to install plugin?” prompt you can configure Chrome to start each time with an option:

–enable-easy-off-store-extension-install

Self-Healing Stomach diseases and activating your body Self-Healing abilities with Foot Legs Massage Acupuncture / Reflexology healing points

acupuncture-foot-healing-points_how_to_heal-yourself-with_foot_massages
I’m having troubles with stomach Gastritis and an old Duodenum Ulcer that recovered I don’t know this for sure because I’ve done two examinations one with X-Ray and I’ve done the Gastro-Endoscopy examination. The professor that examined my X-Ray scan said I’m having old Duodenum Ulcer that recovered while the Endoscopy showed I have nothing severe just gastritis and a tiny narrowing of the large intestine which is not fatal.

As most people nowadays , I’m exposed to heavy stress – in work, while travel in metro / bus / airplane trains , marriage life scandals and irritation … modern life is really crazy and becomes more and more wild daily. Food is also a great factor that makes my stomach deteriorate, even though I’m trying to stay away from junk-food and eat more soups and easy to digest food as well as eat natural products.

I tried some healing with medicines prescribed by my (General Praticioner), he recommended me drinking some turkish pills for Pulset early in morning 30 mins before eat as well as Nexium, none of them give any positive results.

I also tried following advised to reduce coffees (I drink 2 / 3 coffees a day) didn’t give any results too. After my attempt for healing with conventional medicine was a failure (I can’t say that none of the prescribed methods to reduce stress, drink pills, don’t think about my diseasese etc. give any positive results), I decided to turn to Herbal and self-healing. Some long time ago I’ve done a few times a course of Herbal Healing and I can see that helped me much better than convenientinal chemical medicine. Thanks to a famous herbalist in Kamenartzi’s herbs whose herbs are well-known in Bulgaria for healing cancer diseases my immune system strengthened and I felt much better after 3 months of herbal healing.

massage-techniques-to-aid-and-strengthen-digestion
Another positive experience from natural healing is also when I was to a natural healer lady which used a combination of . Chinese Chiropractice / Acupuncture (like technques) such as Reflexology and other old Bulgarian natural healing recipees to recover health. It is interesting that using Acupuncture it is possible to approximately determine your health problems just by a body / spine / legs massage. Acupuncture massages is quinte interesting natural healing methodology and to learn it you need few years of active learning practice. Acupuncture derives from (from Latin ‘acus’ (needle) + ‘punctura’ (to puncture)) is the stimulation of specific acupuncture points along the skin of the body using Chiroropractice is a special massage technique. This time i decided to try a massage like self-healing massage such methodologies are well known since ancient times and most popular in China and India (mostly) nowdays Asia in Yoga and other Eastern healing practices. There are points all along the body which could be massaged and through which you can activate self-healing, most important and used one that could be easily used to self-massage on daily basis are on face / legs and hands.
hands-reflexology-chart-ingnam-method

Its quite hard to live with stomach pains but I guess this is part of my destiny so I have to accept it live with it and try to keep up as healthy as possible. In that relation I just found a very useful tiny picture showing the acupuncture foot healing points on left and right legs. By massaging acupuncture says various internal body organs could be stimulated to self-heal and could save you plenty of lost money for doctors.

reflexology-foot-chart-lifeologia-very-complete-legs-healing-points-diagramAlso it is not a secret that any conventional “pills” chemical treatment heals one think but impacts negatively 10 and most often is not healing the cause of the illness but just its symptoms.
Thus this simple massage method is for anyone like me is Alternative, though in some too much severe cases Conventional Doctors are a must for the daily Chronical diseases we suffer Reflexology is a must.

However we should not forget that such a points therapy without The Lord Jesus Christ’s help for recovering is completely impossible to work out. After all it is God that keeps all processes in our organism and finally decides how each of the processes in the body would flow even though he made some natural laws which has been proven to work 99% of the cases occassionally
when we enter repentance God The Holy Trinity by the Grace of Holy Sacraments in hi One and Holy Apostolic Church, The Holy Eastern Orthodox Church he does miracles and could make the above described reflexology therapy to have a positive effect.

We should not forget that healing the body through originally Chineese reflexology is meaningful only if a man does decide to change his life by deep repentance and grief for his multitude of sinful deeds which we tend to do on daily basis.

After all it is the Creator of the Universe the Lord Jesus Christ who said that the Soul is and should be the primary goal of ones living and not the body. The sickness I get and sicknesses which many get are because of the only reasons we sin constantly and don’t do love God and follow his laws and great plans for our life.

After all don’t forget that the most important think for recovery is to always keep in yourself repeatedly the prayer:

LORD JESUS CHRIST SON OF THE BLESSED GOD HAVE MERCY ON ME THE SINNER

Android: How To Change Default Video Player of a Gallery App on Tablet and phone

android-how-to-change-the-default-video-player-Click-clear-defaultsu
How do I change the default video player on Android Tablet or Mobile Phone?

It is is pretty annoying that by default the video player set in Gallery is not capable of opening of DivX ripped movies, especially for people who are totally untech savvy (like old People). I’ve been asked by a friend today who is in his 50s and it took me a while to figure it out on how to change (reset) default android video player.

Right now it is set to open and play videos in the default Android video player, but I want to use a better, more feature rich video player from the marketplace. I tried using apps that changed defaults, but they didn’t have any options for videos, just which default app would open pics.

Go into:

Settings>Applications>Manage application>find the video player

That’s default right now, click on it and find the clear default button.

After changing once I tried to open the video I’ve been asked again on what kind of player I want to open the video and whether I want the setting to stay perment.
Cheers! 🙂

Unique Preshistoric paintings Cave Magura near Belogradchik Rocks – Bulgaria

Magura_Cave_prehistoric-unique-paintings-Bulgaria-near-Belogradchik

Prehistoric Magura cave is located in North Bulgaria in the South slope in karstovski rid of Ribashka Mogila – sitauted 17 km north-west from Belogradchik.
Magura is one of the most unique Tourist destinations in Bulgaria for anyone interested in ancient and prehistoric history.

The Cave consists of few big and small halls and is one of the most unique naturally formed caves.
There in cave in middle of many Stalactites man feels like in another “magical” world.

In Magura cave there are life remains which are quite ancient and those who believe in “Evolution” theory which btw is being rejected by modern science claim the cave is from neolit epoche and there are signs of life until death of Roman Empire epoch.
It is claimed that the inhabitants during the prehistoric stone-mead-ian epoch. Remains from human inhabitants are found in al of the cave “galleries”.
The most original memorial of human life being in Magura-ta are prehistwall paintings in one of the galleries. They are considered a unique historical value creation of man because they were made in prehistoric epoch. Such a unique prehistoric civilization remains are not to be found in whole South-east Europe. The painting is a clear sign that Bulgarian country lands were inhabited by most ancient civlizations in Europe even in prehistoric times. So we need to be proud as Bulgarians.

The pictures are being separated in 8 groups, among which are 55 woman paintings, 23 men, 11 animal figures and 16 signs. Scenes are said by some prehistoric era researchers to cult of fertiliy, and signs / letters symbols connected to ancient magical believes which the cave inhabitants were using to pray for survival.

Magurata_peshtera_cave-near-Belogradchik-Sofia-unique-tourist-destination
The pictures are made in different periods, eneolite, bronze epoch and some are in “newer.” epochs. Mostancient is image of galoping horse, which is dated to 12000 years (before Christ).
However as you can see yourself on the picture there is a cross and since as a Christian I know the world is a little bit more than 7500 years the 12000 years dating is impossible.
Ohra material was used for the painting, much later the painting was repeated with bat guano. Also it is evident on the picture a cross and we know that ancient times of old testament, there were primitive living people and in my opinion this paintings were done at time of Abraham and Jacob or a little bit after Noah’s (Noah ark’s) time.

Prehistoric pictures of prehistoric man were found in 1879 in cave Altamira Spain. There in XII centuries before Christ were painted horses, deers, bears, mammoth. It is being suggested that this paintings were made in special rituals, in which the ancient hunters were doing as a mean of prayer to be able to be successful in killing the animal victims and obtaining the daily food.
Similar pictures are found also in France, Sahara, Mala Asia and also include depiction of animals. Everywhere the scenes are showing, animals in motion. In some places are painted hunters which doesn’t hold spears / weapons. The technique for creating the paint material is a mixture of mashed minerals and animal products.

Delete domain in Google Analytics howto – Remove obsolete website from Analytics

Delete-domain-in-Google-Analytics-howto-remove-analytics-website-Google-Analytics_logo
If you are like me your Google Analytics might have quite a few websites in it which you don’t use anymore or which for example are websites of old clients or friends you helped with. You might want to clean this up.

Now within Google Analytics you can’t ‘just’ select a few and delete them (don’t know why not), you have to take a few steps to delete the accounts, but when done, you will have a nice clean Google Analytics.

I’ve just cleaned up my Google Analytics and thought I’d share the process with you so you will know how easy it really is. I did this on my Google+ page originally but because people seemed to like it and not everybody seemed to know how it should be done I thought I’d share it here as well.

Steps to remove a website (profile) from Google Analytics

Step 1: Go to the Admin tab in Google Analytics

Step 2: Select the domain and the property (website), then click ‘view settings’ in the 3rd column

Google-Analytics-step-delete-view-howto

Step 3: Scroll down the page and click ‘Delete view’

Step 4: Confirm the deletion

You will receive a confirmation of the deletion in your e-mail.
That’s all it should not show up more in your google analytics account.

Enjoy 🙂
